SSO Config
Single sign-on can be configured in Silverbucket's SSO config tab located in ADMIN → SYSTEM SETTINGS. Most common solutions are offered as options in the view, allowing you to fill in the necessary fields to make it work for your Silverbucket instance:
For example in the EntraID view you have four mandatory fields to fill in to which you find values from Microsoft EntraID webpage:
SSO configs are taken care of by your internal IT departments and usually the Silverbucket's technical support can't offer that much assistance if any problems arise. Therefore, please first reach out to your Silverbucket admins / IT department if you run into any troubles.
Remember that if anything changes in the configuration on your SSO provider's side, you also need to update that information in Silverbucket. For example the secret token / authorization secret for EntraID solutions needs to be renewed within 6/12/24 months and if not updated in both ends after its deprecation, the SSO will stop working.
