Filter sets can be created in the filtering section:

By clicking the FILTER SET button, you can see the existing filter sets in that particular page. You can apply a filter set by clicking on it.
Creating a Filter Set
To create a filter set, simply select your desired filters, APPLY them and afterwards click on +SAVE NEW FILTER SET located in the filtering section.

In the opening view, you can add a name and description for your filter set.
You can also select if the filter set is available only for you or for everyone to use in Silverbucket. If you choose to make it PUBLIC, you can dictate to which organizations it is relevant in the dropdown offered.
Editing an Existing Filter Set's Filters
An existing filter set's filters can be edited afterwards:
1) Choose the desired Filter Set
2) Make changes to the current filters, click APPLY
3) Click 'SAVE' above in the navigation bar

Editing a Filter Set's Metadata (name, visibility etc)
Click on the FILTER SET button located top-left of your screen so you can see the already-created Filter Sets. Next to it you find two icons:
Editing icon allows you to edit the metadata for your filter set
Trashcan icon allows you to delete the filter set entirely
