Mass-Edit and Project Tools

The following advanced tools are now available for all customers:
  • Mass Edit People
  • Mass Edit Projects
  • Mass Delete Project Roles
  • Archive Project Roles
  • Merge Projects
These reduce manual workload and enable smoother large-scale updates.

Sparkles Improvements & Enhancements

Better Handling of People and Rights

  • The archive-people function now gives clearer warnings before performing actions.
  • Rights checks in Mass Edit Projects now match the behaviour in Mass Edit People.
  • A single filter set can now be used across multiple organizational nodes.

Lady Beetle Bug Fixes

Project Memberships & Roles

  • Fixes around archiving project memberships, including clearing bottom lines dynamically.
  • Fixes to deleting archived project memberships.
  • Project role archiving issues resolved.

Project & Program Visibility

  • Program visibility in the Projects view has been fixed.
  • A membership-list flickering issue has been resolved.

General Reliability Fixes

  • Better error handling in the customer API.
  • Deleting users now avoids errors caused by internal state issues.
  • Stability improvements to graphs and overview queries for faster loading.
