Authorization groups provide an additional, global layer of user rights in Silverbucket environments. Authorization groups are created by the Silverbucket support.
After an authorization group is created, Silverbucket Support will provide additional information on how they work and how they should be administered. Authorization groups are always global, granting global user rights to a person included in the group.

If you have questions about your environment's authorization groups, write us an email to support@silverbucket.com and describe which authorization group you are wondering about and we'll take a look.
