New Features

• Competency Category Tree — browse competencies, certificates, and assigned users together in a hierarchical category tree in Admin.
• Program Page Sort Options — sort items on the Program page to find what you need faster.

Improvements & Enhancements

• Allocation Grid Sorting — sort order and grouping now persist across pages, with improved null handling, tiebreakers, and clearer sort indicators.
• My Exports Page — the Silverflow link now only appears when it's actually usable, reducing dead-end clicks.

Bug Fixes

• People Page Sorting — fixed calculated sort results leaking across pages and increased the supported date range to 10 years.
• Quick Edit — fixed a server error caused by duplicate notification settings.
• Budget Hours — fixed an overflow bug affecting displayed budget hour totals.
