Actuals Report

Actuals Report

The Actuals report lists actual hours registered for users/projects in Silverbucket.
  • You can use filters to pinpoint specific users / projects / tasks in the report
  • You can select the visible columns by clicking the 'Add new column+' button
  • By clicking a column's header you can sort data based on that information
  • You can export the data by clicking on the export button located top-right of the listed data.

Employee = User who registered the hour
Project code = Project's code
Project = Name of the project
Task = Name of the project's task
Customer = Name of the project's customer
Date = Day of the actual hours
Description = If any comment was written for the actual, it is shown here
Total cost = Registered hours * price for the actuals (from  Pricing model⁠ )
Own cost = Registered hours * own cost (from person's  basic info⁠ )
