Project Graph

The graph is offered in HOURS and EUR mode. In both view you can dictate what data is shown by using the sliders in the legend located top-right of the graph.

The data is always shown in monthly mode. It can be viewed in all four of Silverbucket's offered view modes. By hovering over a field or data, you can see more precise information about that particular data.


Show Raw Data

Show Raw Data is the equivalent of Project Numbers in earlier UI of Silverbucket. It is shown when you click the SHOW RAW DATA button. In this view you can view data regarding the project in a more precise manner.

Income budget (EUR) = Estimated income budget for the project. Edited by clicking.
Hour budget (HOURS) = Budgeted hours for the project. Edited by clicking.
Expense budget (EUR) = Estimated expense budget for the project. Edited by clicking.

Allocations (HOURS) = Cumulative sum of all the allocations for the project.
Allocations (EUR) = Cumulative sum of all the allocations * forecast price from task / role.
Allocations, cost price (EUR) = Cumulative sum of all the allocations * cost price from role.
Allocations, profit (EUR) = Allocations (EUR) - Allocations, cost price (EUR).
Realizations (HOURS) = Cumulative sum of all the actual hours registered for the project.
Realizations (EUR) = Cumulative sum of all the actual hours registered for the project * price from task / role.

Fixed expenses (EUR) = Fixed expenses for the project.  See TRANSACTIONS. 
Payment positions (EUR) = Payment positions for the project.  See TRANSACTIONS. 
Invoiced (EUR) = Amount invoiced for the project.  See TRANSACTIONS. 
Uninvoiced (EUR) = Amount uninvoiced for the project.  See TRANSACTIONS. 


Project Progress

A simple view to check your project's progress:
  • Left pie shows the manual readiness of the project. Manual readiness is adjusted under BASIC tab
  • Right pie is calculated by Time Budget - Realization Hours. Time Budget is adjusted in PLANNING view and Realization hours is calculated automatically by hours registered for the project.


Project Risks

A simple risk management tool where you evaluate four different risk scenarios: schedule, budget, scope & resourcing. You can evaluate a PROBABILITY value and IMPACT value for each risk. These are then multiplied together to calculate the RISK RATING.

Editing the PROBABILITY and IMPACT values is done by clicking on a value. In the opening view you can also add notes regarding the risks for the project if you wish.
