I Can't See Any Data in Silverbucket's Views
Many of Silverbucket's views include different sorts of filters and sliders that allow you to manage what you see.
Usually this happens because:
- Filters are narrowing down all the data
- The areas, which would show the data, are toggled off
- User rights are insufficient
Please double-check the following:
1) Make sure the filters aren't narrowing down all the data by clicking Restore Default Filters and then clicking Update report.
If the filters aren't visible for you click SHOW FILTERS.
2) Make sure the visibility filter isn't narrowing down the results.
3) Make sure all the necessary areas are visible by activating them through the Select visible areas section located top-right of the screen.
Silverbucket remembers your choice from one view to another for most of the filters and settings.
