Key Features:
.1Excel Export for Allocation Views: With this update, you can now export allocation views directly to Excel format. Whether you're viewing resource allocations by project, team, or any other criteria, exporting to Excel allows you to further analyze the data, perform calculations, or share reports as needed.
.2Export Allocation Graphs: Gain greater flexibility in analyzing allocation trends by exporting allocation graphs to Excel. This feature enables you to visualize allocation data over time and conduct in-depth analysis or presentation-ready reports using Excel's powerful charting capabilities.
.3Export Listings: Export listings to Excel for a detailed breakdown of the attributes of a person or a project. This feature provides a comprehensive view of the resources within Silverbucket, including project details, person details, customer details, and more, facilitating thorough analysis and reporting.

How to Use:
  • To export an allocation view, simply navigate to the desired view and look for the export option. Clicking on the export button will generate an Excel file containing the data displayed in the view.
  • Similarly, for allocation graphs, locate the export option within the graph interface and click to generate an Excel file with the graph data.
  • For allocation listings, access the export option within the listing view, and with a click, obtain an Excel file containing the detailed allocation information.

Benefits:
  • Enhanced Analysis: Exporting allocation data to Excel provides users with additional tools and functionalities for in-depth analysis, allowing for customized calculations, visualizations, and reporting.
  • Improved Sharing: Excel exports enable seamless sharing of allocation data with stakeholders, team members, or external partners, fostering collaboration and facilitating decision-making processes.
  • Data Integrity: By exporting data directly from the platform, users can ensure data integrity and accuracy, minimizing errors associated with manual data entry or transcription.
