Creating and Managing Projects

Create a Project

To create a project in Silverbucket, head over to the PROJECTS section and click the "+ ADD PROJECT" button located right side of the screen.
This opens up a new window in which you can specify metadata for the new project, such as
  • Project's name
  • Project's manager
  • Customer
  • etc

By clicking "More options" you are able to edit even more data for the project. Once you have filled in all the necessary data, simply click "Save changes" and the project will be created to Silverbucket. After creation, you are directed to this project's dashboard directly.


Managing/Editing a Single Project

Managing projects is done through the project dashboard. The fastest way to navigate to a project's dashboard is through the main SuperSearch (magnifying glass icon / shortcut double-tap S):
To edit a project, click on the "Edit Project" button located right side of the screen.
This opens up the same window as previously when creating the project in which you can do the necessary changes.

You can also edit the project information directly in the BASIC tab by clicking on any of the visible fields.


Managing/Editing Multiple Projects

To mass-edit multiple projects at the same time, head over to the PROJECTS > PLANNING view. In here, you can scroll down to the list of projects and multi-select the desired projects you wish to edit by hovering over the area left-side of its name. Afterwards, click the three dots top-right of the listing and select 'Mass edit projects':
