Adding and Managing People

To create a person in Silverbucket, head over to the PEOPLE section and click the "+ Add new user" button located right side of the screen.
This opens up a new window in which you can specify metadata for the new person, such as: 
  • EMAIL
  • USERNAME
  • FIRST NAME
  • LAST NAME
  • CURRENCY
  • DEFAULT ROLE
  • START DATE
  • END DATE
  • COST CENTER
  • HOURLY RATE
  • COST PRICE
  • WORKDAY LENGTH
  • ORGANIZATION NODE
  • COUNTRY
  • SITE
  • LANGUAGE (SUOMEKSI / IN ENGLISH / PÅ SVENSKA)
  • SUPERVISOR
  • EXTERNAL ID
  • CAPACITY (0-100)
  • CALENDAR

  • Is the user account active: should the person be able to log into Silverbucket?

  • Activate this if the person is appointed as the Silverbucket "main administrator"; manages the Silverbucket environment & receives communication emails regarding Silverbucket's changes.
  • SILVERBUCKET CONTRACT OWNER
  • Activate this if the person is responsible of the contract and invoicing matters regarding Silverbucket.
By clicking "More options" you are able to edit even more data for the person. Once you have filled in all the necessary data, simply click "Save changes" and the person will be created to Silverbucket. After creation, you are directed to this person dashboard directly.


Managing People (single)

Managing a single person's data is done through the person dashboard. The fastest way to navigate to a person dashboard is through the main search bar with the SuperSearch (hotkey 'SS'):
To edit a user either
A) click on the "Edit User" button located right side of the screen.
This opens up the same window as previously when creating the person in which you can do the necessary changes.

B) Navigate to the BASIC tab and directly click on the desired fields:

Managing people (multiple)

In the PEOPLE view you can multi-select users, click on the three dots and select 'Mass edit people' to change attributes for multiple users at the same time:
