Programs allow you to collect data from multiple projects in the same view, giving you a higher-level POV of resourcing and data across related projects in one place:
Programs allow you to see the current resourcing situation across multiple projects quickly and make changes on resourcing plans directly from the program view.


Program Planning (view)

Showcases the program's data in a graph and detailed allocations below it. This view allows you to resource memberships and review the current situation at project level quickly.
  • Click on the chevron next to a project name to see all memberships attached to it. Changes can be made directly from this view if you spot any resourcing conflicts or anything that needs adjusting.
You can also create  Program Milestones⁠  in this view.
