Programs

Programs allow you to collect multiple projects and their data under the same umbrella, giving you a high-level view of resourcing across related projects in one place.

What you can do with Programs
  • See the current resourcing situation across multiple projects
  • Act on resourcing situations directly from the program view

Finding your Program
You can find your programs using the Programs tab in the top navigation, or by searching for a specific program using the Quick Search.

The Program Dashboard
The program dashboard gives you an overview of your program and its linked projects. The dashboard includes the following sections:
  • Basic Information — displays key program details including Organization node, Probability, Program Lead, and Activity.
  • Allocation Graph — provides a visual overview of capacity and allocation data across all projects in the program, including total and scaled capacity, own and external capacity, planned hours, absences, and invoiceable and non-invoiceable allocations. Program milestones are also visible on the graph.
  • Program Resourcing View — allows you to resource personnel and review their current situation at project level. Click the chevron next to a project name to see all members and roles attached to it. Changes can be made directly from this view if you spot any resourcing conflicts or anything that needs adjusting.

Program Milestones
Program milestones can be created and managed from the program view and are visible on the program allocation graph as well as on the graphs of all projects within the program. On project graphs, program milestones are labelled with the prefix (PM) to distinguish them from project-level milestones. Program milestones can only be edited from the program.
