Confirm tentative allocations is found under the three dots next to a project membership.
If you have created tentative allocations for a membership, this is the button to make those tentatives confirmed.
Do note that if you confirm tentatives on resourcing slots that also already have confirmed allocations, those confirmed allocations will be overwritten by the new value.
