Absences
A general rule of thumb in Silverbucket is that you should handle different kinds of absences such as holidays and sick leaves through an Absence-type project: add a person to that project and resource them for the time they will be away from work.
However, for some long-time absences where the absent people should also be diminished from the total capacity, you can use the admin-panel's Absences tab.
In this view you can add an absence for a person and during that absence their capacity will not be taken into account at all in graphs etc; however, it is still possible to resource these people but the resourcing grid will be shown as gray for the time being.
