• Competency Filter — fixed the unevaluated competency filter to also account for certification status.
• Overbooking Threshold — fixed a floating-point rounding artifact.
• Resourcing Sort — sort order now reapplies immediately after resourcing changes, without needing a page refresh.
• Certificate Permissions — fixed permission checks incorrectly blocking basic users.
• People Import — fixed rows with an empty Language field being skipped during import.
