New Features

• Available Allocation View — the Available view is now generally accessible, and its display mode is translated into Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian.

Improvements & Enhancements

• Open/Close All Groups in Admin Users — a new button expands or collapses all groups in the Admin Users tree view.
• Certificates in Competency Skills — certificate requirement matches are now folded into competency skill matching.
• Clearer Role Deletion Texts — the messages shown when deleting a role are clearer.

Bug Fixes

• Forecast Report Crash — the Forecast report no longer crashes for project roles that have no role assigned.
• Shift Allocations Dialog — a "window is not defined" error in the shift allocations dialog is fixed.
