Timesheet

Timesheet functionality can be enabled/disabled in an environment.
You can enter the Timesheet by clicking on the main navigation bar's Timesheet header. The view has multiple sections:

Registering hours for selected projects / tasks
Registered hours information
Functionalities
Current hour balance
Hour lock

- Budget information
  - Week total
  - All-time Total
  - Personal Budget

- Additional budget/hour information
  - Week alloc
  - All-time alloc
  - Task budget

Registering Hours for Projects / Tasks

1) Choose the project and task from the dropdown lists under "ADD TASKS" if your project is missing. Only the projects you are added as a resource will be visible in these dropdown lists.
2) Enter the amount of worked hours for the chosen field

Comma (,) and dot (.) can be used to register portions of an hour:
- 7,5 = 7 hours 30 minutes
- 3,1 = 3 hours 6 minutes
etc
Colon (:) can be used to register minutes directly:
- 7:50 = 7 hours 50 minutes
- 3:10 = 3 hours 10 minutes
etc

Editing Visible Projects / Tasks

The project & task you have registered hours to are automatically marked as your favourite - the next time you enter this view those projects will be shown by default.

If you wish to edit which tasks are visible in the view, simply click either the eye icon (by hovering over the task) or the plus icon.

User selection is a functionality for admins of Silverbucket. It allows the editing of others' actual hours and can also be used to adjust someone else's timesheet lock for example.

Budget Information

The new Timesheet tracks the following budget information:

Week total = shows registered hours for the week you are viewing
All-time Total = shows the total hours registered by the person
Personal Budget = sums all the budgets together for all projects &t asks which have a budget for the person set (even the ones that are not shown for that specific week view!)

Requirements for the Personal Budget to be shown in a person's Timesheet:
- Add the hour budget for a project role
- Link a task for that project role
Both of these can be done in the project role's editing view.

Additional Budget / Hour Information

Week alloc (green) = Sums up all the allocations made for the person in the selected week. If a task is linked for the project role, rows will separately show those allocations
All-time alloc (blue) = Sums up all the allocations for the person from past and the future
Task budget (purple) = If a task has a budget set for it, it will be shown here

Task budgets can be edited in the Project's View under Project's Tasks
