Artist Palette Clearer visual distinction for external people and unassigned roles

We’ve improved the visual clarity of resource planning views by introducing clearer color cues for external people and unassigned roles.
  • External people are now clearly marked with an “(ext)” label and highlighted with a light blue background.This makes it easier to spot external contributors at a glance and aligns with the same color used for external allocations in allocation graphs.
  • Unassigned roles are now shown with a light red background.This helps unfilled roles stand out more clearly, especially in larger plans where gaps might otherwise be easy to miss.
These updates are intentionally aligned with the colors used in allocation graphs and reports:
  • Light blue consistently represents external capacity
  • Light red consistently represents missing or unassigned capacity

  • Translation fixesCorrected several language issues, including Swedish and Finnish translations and inconsistent capitalization in error messages.
