The resourcing slot contains valuable information regarding the person, project and the amount of allocations.
Yellow / green / red color
Indicates the overall level of resourcing for a person in that slot. The colors and their thresholds can be adjusted for your Silverbucket instance. Defaults are:
Yellow = 0-60% of person's resourcing slot's capacity
Green = 60-100% of person's resourcing slot's capacity
Red = 100+% of person's resourcing slot's capacity

Grey resourcing slot with a diameter
There is tentative resourcingin the resourcing slot. Color-coding goes with the same rules as for confirmed resourcing above.

Grey color in the resourcing boxes
The person's employment startDate or endDate is in the visible resourcing slots OR there is an admin absence set for the person.
Fully grey-colored box = whole slot has absence in it
Half grey-colored box = some time in the slot has absence in it

Mark has a short absence during W10 and a full absence in W13
Grey postcard color in the resourcing slot
Indicates that you are viewing the confirmed resourcing plans but there is also tentative allocations in the same slot. Those can be viewed by changing the view mode.

Grey/black outline in the resourcing slot
Indicates that the resourcing is created for an absence project, so the project type = Absence. The more resourcing in the slot, the blacker the outline (grey → black)
