Managing Competencies in Person Dashboard
In the COMPETENCIES tab on person dashboard evaluate competencies if your user rights allow this. In this view you can see the current competencies, target competencies and the level of these competencies.
Category, competency - Every category and competency is listed in the left-side column. You can collapse and expand these categories.
Color coding next to the category in the left-side listing - Coloured numbering beside the competency category name describes how many of the competencies in this category are unevaluated competencies (grey), evaluated competencies (green) and evaluated target competencies (yellow) for this specific person.
Current competencies level (green) -. the person's current competency evaluations.
Target level competencies (yellow) - shows the person's desired competency levels. You can decide whether or not target levels are used in your Silverbucket: System Settings
Evaluate competencies - To evaluate a competency or target competency, simply click on the desired level next to it. By clicking that same space again, the evaluation value resets.
Free text search - From the magnifying glass, you can search for a specific competency by typing the name of the competency.
Show unevaluated competencies - You can decide if you wish to see only evaluated competencies or also unevaluated ones.
Sort by - You can sort the list of competencies in various different ways.
