Silverbucket has an optional feature that indicates whether or not a person has a resourcing conflict.
This sketch cannot currently be displayed in exports
This red color will show next to all the personnel that have overbooking situations in the future based on a calendar in which a person works five (5) days a week from Monday to Friday.
What Is Considered a Resourcing Conflict?
There are two things that are taken into consideration:
1) Overbooking threshold value (managed in the System settings view)
2) Your selected view mode (days, weeks, months, quarters)
Silverbucket will look at all the allocations created for the person for the future and calculate whether or not any of those are over XXX% in relation to their workday length & view mode at any point in the future. This includes the future allocations not visible in your screen as well.
You can change your view mode to something else and Silverbucket will automatically calculate any possible overbooking conflicts in relation to that view mode.
Conflict icon will stay next to the person in Silverbucket's views until the overbooking conflict is resolved.
